Dry Needling

Dry needling uses ultra-fine needles to target trigger points, reduce pain, and restore function fast. It’s based on modern neuroanatomy and muscle science, not energy lines or ancient traditions. At FORMA, we use dry needling as part of a wider rehab system, not as a stand-alone quick fix.

Who’s it for?

Dry Needling Can Help If You Have:

  • Muscle tightness that keeps coming back

  • Chronic pain or lingering injury

  • Neck tension or jaw clenching

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Back pain or movement restrictions

  • Overuse from training, work or stress

We don’t needle everything - we needle what needs it. Always with purpose.

Here’s What Happens (and Why It Works)

  • Pinpoints hyperactive trigger points and motor bands in muscles

  • Creates a micro-injury that stimulates blood flow and healing

  • Disrupts pain cycles and relaxes overactive neuromuscular patterns

  • Downregulates the sympathetic nervous system (your “fight or flight” mode)

  • Improves mobility, speed of recovery and overall performance

You may feel a quick twitch response — that’s a good thing. It means the muscle is releasing.
